Welcome to the Events Management website. Here you will find helpful information about scheduling your event here at Housatonic Community College. The Events Coordinator can determine space availability, and facilitate reservation of the events center in Beacon Hall (BH 214 sections AB, and/or C) . Other accommodations will be considered at our discretion. Also note that all other classrooms and the Beacon Hall Conference Room on campus that can be used as alternatives for internal events will now be scheduled through the EMS Website.
